Ziva was working on a lead that Gibbs had told her to get on as she was on the phone a bit, her english was pretty good but still had some mishaps here and there, as she finally hung up the phone and went to work on the computer she looked up to see someone looking at her.

She looked at him when he sadi that as she knew she was working. 

Ziva: Just because you like to goof off doesn't mean we all do it. 

She said as she looked back at her computer as she was maping something, as she looked up at him. 

Ziva: If the victim died 3 days ago, how come his cell phone was used just a few hours before the body was found. 

She said as they had found the phone near his body, as Tony came over to look at what she had.

Ziva: The killer had to have returned , right?

Tony the man who had messed with her from day one, not even expecting her as part of the group at first, there nit picking back and forth... Did it lead up to this, or the thought that he thought he had lost her once.. 

She heard the ding of her laptop telling her she had mail as it pulled them apart a bit as she was breathing hard looking at him, neither saying nothing for a moment, until finally.
