She nodded as she agreed.

Madeline: its very nice. ..

She watched as he pulled into the parking lot.

Madeline: Okay.

She said as she unbuckled when he turned off the car as they walked in together.

She looked at him, watching them.

Madeline: I'll let you two talk, you have a goodnight.

She said as she didn't want to be rude while they were talking... She went heading up to her room as she unlocked her door and walked in happy a killer was off the street and a man was proven innocent..

She opened the door in a light blue silk slip, as she yawned a bit, as she smiled some.

Madeline: Thank you.

She said as he was handing it to her.

She nodded a bit.

Madeline: but it's alright. thank you for bringing this to me..

She shrugged a bit.

Madeline: It's alright. Would you like to come in.

She saw him nod as she stepped back letting him in, she turned the lights on so he could see..

She walked over to the wall pushing a button as the floor around the bed moved showing a pool around the bed.

Madeline: Its lovely but i'm afraid i'll roll out of bed and drown.

She laughed

She thought about it.

Madeline: Well I don't have that.

She shook her head.

Madeline: No thats okay.  I'm sure i'll survive.

She nodded.

Madeline: Would you like a drink or something?.

She shook her head

Madeline: Nope all i have is juice.

She said as she poured him a glass then set down on the end of her bed.

Madeline: Does it feel good to know that they won't try to arrest you for a crime you didn't do now..

She looked at him.

Madeline: I mean the cops , and CSI won't harrass you anymore, now that the other guy is locked up.

He looked at her.

Madeline: Didn't officer Granger get in touch with you? 

She looked at him

Madeline: Here.

She handed him her phone.

Madeline: Give him a call

She said as she sat there while she did, as he was told how Madeline had found the guy and called the police, and gave her statement , and so on, and even had pictures of him commiting a crime... Then telling him all charges against him were dropped.

She smiled a bit as she looked at him as she was thinking about it.

Madeline: You're welcome, you don't owe me anything though.

She said as hse moved her hair back from her face.

Madeline: I told the officer I would stay long enough for the trial, so i can testfy.

She smiled softly as she looked at him.

Madeline: Thank you but i'm alright here..

She said as she knew the security was good here and she didn't want to impose on him or anything.

She looked at him.

Madeline: Thank you.

She said as she took a sip of her juice.

She looked at him when he said that, not really sure what to think.

Madeline: Why?

She looked at him when he said that..

Madeline: I"m sorry... I think?

She said not sure how to take that.

She looked at him blushing a little when he kissed her cheek.

Madeline: I'm not really the flirting type.

She said honestly as she took a sip of her juice.

She nodded as she looked at him.

Madeline: Yes, I do, I think you're really nice..

She looked at him.

Madeline: isn't nice a good thing.

She looked at him when he said that.

Madeline: Oh, and what would be better?.

She laughed softly as she looked at him.

Madeline: You seem to be someone who is use to hearing that.

She looked at him shocked when he kissed her.

Madeline: You kissed me...

She looked at him as she was thinking about it, it was far enough for her as she sat back a bit, taking a sip of her juice as she changed the subject a bit.

Madeline: So I hear rumors of you talking about reitring from swimming, is it true?

She thought about it.

Madeline: You can use the new press to raise your career...Your innocence was proven.  Could remake your entire career.

She shook her head.

Madeline: Not once my pictures go viral.

She said as she had every intention of posting the real killer, in hopes there would be more cases solved knowing he had been on the road while he committed the crime.

She nodded as she looked at him.

Madeline: You're welcome.

She said as she smiled softly.

Madeline: Well its getting late, I really should get some sleep.

She shook her head as she walked him to the door.

Madeline: You're fine, thank you for bringing my camera to me.

She smiled softly as she looked at him.

Madeline: I'm here for a few more weeks.

She nodded as she looked at him.

Madeline: Officer Granger has my cell... He knows I'll come back anytime if he needs me.

She looked at him as she nodded her head.

Madeline: I'll do my best.. Goodnight.

She smiled as she watched him leave as she closed the door, taking off her robe as she slipped back into bed.

The man had snuck into the back while everyone was out looking at the car... He had been watching and knew that would do it.. He made his way down the hall checking for the room he had seen her go into... he had watched them talking a bit so knew what guy's car to tag, and now he was back, he picked the lock, and quietly enter... He put his santa hat on the door nob, as he closed it, as people would think to not disturb not tie in who he was, as he pulled his knife out... He grinned watching her sleep..

Killer: It's been a long time..

He walked over to the bed, he jumped on her holding the knife as she jerked awake.. he stabbed her in the side with the knife twisting the blade but keeping a hand over her mouth so she couldn't yell out.

Killer: I told you I'd be back for you... You thought you would be safe.... You were a bit of a pain... Always moving like you have been... but I found you..

He laughed as he moved his hand over her...

Killer: Such a pretty thing..

He grinned as he moved the sheet from her, pulling at her night gown, as she tried to yell out but he just twisted the knife in her side more, as she was sick with pain...

When Ryan jumped on the killer knocking him off the bed, Madeline went hitting the floor with a thud as she was face down... It didn't take long for Joseph to get in there with offierces as Ryan held him long enough as the killer was cuffed, still trying to get to Madeline who wasn't moving as she laid there on the floor....

It wasn't till much later when she started to wake up as she groaned out a bit, as she slowly opened her eyes as light hit her, she realized she wasn't in the hotel as she jumped a bit, not remembering much only that he had found her as she freaked out a bit, but someone grabbed her telling her it was okay , she was okay and in a hospital.

She laid there still shaking a bit as she looked at him shocked he kissed her but finally hearing what he said...

Madeline: It's.. all over... he's locked up... .

She laid there as she was taking it all in... She had never really thought this day would come...

Madeline: I hope he gets death..

She said after a moment thinking of her family as she had tears in her eyes..

She looked at him when he said that.

Madeline: He isn't going to be arrested is he?

She was happy to hear that.

Madeline: Good.

She said as she was greatful he had saved her life.

She looked at him.

Madeline: I can give it here if you're ready for it..

She nodded as he helped her sit up a bit..

Madeline: I was sleeping when he got in some how... he jumped on me on the bed... He stabbed me in the side.. as he was talking about how he would always find me... He started to cut at my night gown.. when Ryan came in... He jumped on him sending him off me... I fell of the bed as he was struggling with the guy... I passed out just as i heard you coming in.

She said telling the truth, knowing Ryan didn't do anything wrong,

She thought about it.

Madeline: They were fighting over it.. he was trying to stab Ryan.. Ryan was fighting for his life.,

She thought about it.

Madeline: I don't now how that's possible.. unless Ryan was tryihng to twist the guys arm back behind him when he was stabbed and even that is still under qualifactions of self defence... He could of dropped the knife at any time but fought it to the end.

She said as she knew the law well enough by now after all she had been thru over the years.

She shook her head as she looked at him.

Madeline: I want to see his body..

She had to see that he was dead.... Joseph looked at her not thinking it was a good idea.

Madeline: Please.

She asked again as he nodded after a moment he went out getting her a wheel chair as he helped her in.. they went down to the morgue where the body was suppose to be.. but when they got there , secuirty was helping the doctor, telling them that the man they brought in had gotten up and attacked her... Madeline looked freaked out realizing her attacker... Her family's killer was still alive and on the loose...

She forced herself up from the wheel chari she was in as she was just standing there shaking... stunned as she didnt know how this could be happening... How could he just walk up and leave...

She had heard what was said as she moved around her room a bit she was sore but couldn't set she found her cell phone as she started to call ryan's cell phone not knowing what else to do....

She frowned as she was thinking about it.. She then went sneaking out the window before anyone could notice she stumbled a bit but had to help find Ryan.. she went to places she knew he would hide out... she was starting to bleed out a bit, as she held her side, as she was struggling to stand after an hour of walking and looking thru empty buildings.

She shook her head.

Madeline: No time.. I'm alright.

She said as she was sitting there..

She nodded

Madeline: Okay

She said as he fixed her up and they were soon off agian.

She thought about it.

Madeline: I know where..

She said as she told him where to drive..

Madeline: He's taking him, to my house.

She said as he was driving to where she lived with her famly at one time
