She was standing there when he came out.

Madeline: YOu really shouldn't do that.. They could arrest you for that.

He turned looking at her giving the who the fuck are you look.

Madelin: I'm Madeline... I'm trying to help you.. and me...

She said as she held up her camera.

Madeline: I know you didn't kill anyone....

She looked at him holding her camera.

Madeline: I'm your albi.. I know that you weren't in those places because I have you in these places.

She pointed out.

Madeline: I also have a picture of the killer, but these idoits won't even listen to me.. So i'm going to the FBI about it.....

She nodded as she looked at him.

She said as she followed him.....

She listened to him as she stood there nodding her head as she was thinking about it. she saw the door open as the two men talked a bit before they were let in, and she was asked what she had as she got out the pictures.

Reese looked at the woman thinking about what he was just told.

Reese: May I see the pictures please?

She nodded as she was thinking about everything as she handed them to him watching as he looked at them.

He looked through the pictures then looked at Ryan.

Reese: You didn't do it.

He looked back at Madeline.

Reese: I'm going to call my brother. He's the one handling the prosecution's case. He needs to see these.

She stood there.

Madeline: Alright.

She watched at the pics were handed to him as the three men walked over to a table as she was just standing there by the door still... She just waited for them to be done, if they weren't her pics she would of left by now.. Not really the social type.

She saw how he was looking and the tone he said that on and didn't really like that as she did though after a moment walk towards them..

She looked at the picture.

Madeline: He goes by the name Jason Marks. but digging showed that his real name is Thomas Elliot.

She said as she had done her research.

She shook her head.

Madeline: No, he doesn't stay in the same place, but he stays in the area.

She said honestly.

Madeline: I have his picture at all the crime scenes... I also found took pictures of the last hotel he was staying at, and he had pics of the victims while he tortured them.

She said as she had thought about it.

Madeline: I went to CSI with it all but they just thought i was messing with them.

She nodded as she looked at him.

Madeline: Your welcome..

She said as she started to leave to get back to work...

Madeline: Last time i was here... the boss lady kept thinking i was one of her sisters or soemthing. ..

Madeline: I do, but i'm not related to any of them.

She shrugged a bit.

She said as they walked in.

She sat down across from him as she was thinking about it.

Madeline: Probably with the shoppers out getting stuff for christmas..

Madeline: I don't celebrate Christmas.

She didn't always like talking about it but it wasn't has hard as it use to be.

Madeline: Some nutcase dressed as santa slaughtered my family when i was 16.

Madeline: they never caught the guy... One of the reasons why i move around a lot.  Never stay in any area too long.

She said as she lived in fear most of the time, which was why she had started looking for her killer instead of watiing for him to find her..

She had been walking around for awhile... Then she saw him.. She followed him as he was walking, she didn't want to lose him as she took her phone out, calling Reese... she saw he had a victim as she called the police... Wanting to save her..

She watched the girl be taken in an ambulance.

She frowned feeling bad.

She said as she had made sure she got him.

She nodded as she was thinking about it, he took her to the police station so she could give her statement and then was in , to do the line up, while he went trying to get in touch with Ryan to tell him what was going on.

She said honestly as she didn't really know him all that well.

She nodded as she stayed making her statement and signed the paper she was then told she could go as she took her leave from the station zipping her coat back up while she walked down the street looking around a bit, walking back to her hotel.

Madeline: No heading to my hotel... Officer Granger find you.
