He looked up at her and smiled.

Josh: Thank you. It's just a new song I'm working on.

She smiled softly as she went over to her desk.

Sonya: Sorry I left one of my books here.

He nodded and turned back to the piano.

Josh: If you aren't busy, I have a few more songs. I'd like your opinion.

She walked over to him as she smiled softly.

{Sonya} Sure, I don't have anything to do.

He slid over a bit on the bench to make room for her.

Josh: I'm hoping to put out a new album next year.

She sat down next to him as she was thinking about it.

{Sonya} Shame on you for making us wait so long for this one you have coming out.

She teased joking with him.

He smiled when she said that.

Josh: It's only been two years.

She looked at him smiling warmly.

{Sonya} Far too long.

He grinned and shook his head.

Josh: I wouldn't be able to teach if I spent all my time in the studio.

She nodded as she understood that.

Sonya: I understand.. Still too long to wait.

He laughed and shook his head.

Josh: Well it's going to be a bit longer.

She frowned a bit but nodded.

Sonya: I know, but i alrady have you pre ordered

She laughed a bit.

He shook his head and laughed.

Josh: How can you preorder something I haven't even recorded yet? Are you sure you didn't preorder my brother's new one coming out in February.

She shook her head

Sonya: Nope, you have a contract deal... So your release date is set..

She said as she laughed a bit.

Sonya: Hey I'm a smart girl I've recorded a cd or two myself.

She teased as she knew it was a bit easier for to get at his stuf because of that.

He shook his head.

Josh: There's going to be a lot of disappointed people then. I haven't recorded my first song yet.

She shrugged

{Sonya} You'll get it all done in time.. You're never one to disapoint.

She said as she saw him starting to play as she waited for him to start to sing.

He pushed the lyric sheet toward her.

Josh: You first.

She looked at him.

Sonya: Me first?

He nodded

Josh: It's a duet, I need you to sing too.

She shrugged a bit as she nodded as she read it a moment, then started to sing the parts he told her.

Once they were finished with the song he looked at her and smiled.

Josh: That is my first song. And you are going to sing it with me.

She looked at him a bit shocked.

Sonya: You want me to do record with you.

He nodded.

Josh: Yes, I do.

She looked at him as she was thinking about it.

{Sonya} I don't belive you talked to my agent.

She teased as they had the same one, as she was juoking with him as hse nodded.

{Sonya} I would love to.

He kissed her cheek and grinned.

Josh: Just for the record, I talked to your agent yesterday.

She laughed when he said that as she wasn't surprised at all. She smiled as they sat there as he was playing other songs he was working on as they worked them out a bit, talking them. thru a bit making the changes he felt were needed as this was actually fun.

He finally closed his book and grinned.

Josh: I think I finally feel ready to record now. Thank you.

She nodded as she smiled softly.

Sonya: You're welcome.

He thought about it then looked at her.

Josh: Do you have class tomorrow?

She shook her head as she looked at him.

{Sonya} No I'm free til Monday.

She said as she was done for the rest of this week.

He was happy to hear that.

Josh: Meet me at the studio early tomorrow.

She nodded

Sonya: It'll have to be after I eat..

She said as he knew she was a diabetic. and she worked hard to take care of herself.

Sonya: Is 7 okay?

He nodded.

Josh: That's fine. Gives me time to get things set up.

She smiled and nodded as she looked at him.

{Sonya} Alright.

He smiled as he stood up and started putting things away.

Josh: Dinner?

She got up as she looked at him.

Sonya: Dinner sounds nice.

She smiled softly as she looked at him.

He shut off the lights and locked the door then led her to his car. He held open the door for her. Then slid in beside her.

Josh: We'll be going back to my place. The cook should have dinner ready.

She nodded as she looked at him.

Sonya: Sounds good.

She smiled as she looked at him as they were sitting in the car and driving to his home.

He slid his arm around her shoulders and slid her closer to him.

Josh: You don't have to set so far away.

She smiled softly as she looked  up at him.

Sonya: I'm sorry,

He smiled softly.

Josh: You okay? You're acting like you don't want me to touch you.

She nodded as she looked at him. 

{Sonya} I'm fine... I'm just trying to give you the space that you asked for. 

She said as they had talked about this once and agrred to be friends, while he was working on his career, and working on his album. 

He smiled softly when she said that.

Josh: Thank you for that. I think I have changed my mind though. I've missed you.

Sonya looked at him when he said that.. She smiled a bit thinking about it. 

Sonya: I've missed you too. 

He kissed her softly.

Josh: I love you so much.

Sonya kissed him back as she looked at him.

{Sonya}- I love you, too.

He smiled softly into her eyes.

Josh: No more just being friends.

Sonya nodded her head as she agreed and liked that.

{Sonya} Alright.

He kissed her softly as the car pulled into the driveway.

Josh: Home. Right where you belong.

She smiled as she looked at him nodding her head, he got out of the limo as he pulled her close and helped her out of the car... She got out with him as they walked into the house together as she was glad that they were back together.

He kissed her softly and smiled after shutting the front door behind them. He slid his arms around her and deepened the kiss.

She kissed him back as she leaned against him wrapping her arms around him, as she happily kissed him back..

He pulled back with difficulty.

Josh: If we don't stop now, we aren't ever going to make it to the dinner table.

She nodded a bit as she moved back smiling softly.

Sonya: I think we can survie dinner.

He nodded and smiled.

Josh: We'll have tob ecause I need to eat.

She laughed softly

Sonya: Then lets eat.

He nodded and smiled. He slid his arm around her waist and walked to the dining room with her. He grinned seeing the two place settings. He knew that his driver would have called ahead to let the cook know.

He held her seat for her.

She sat down smiling seeing they were expecting her as she looked at him as she sat down.

Sonya: This is nice

He smiled watching her.

Josh: it's been awhile since you've been here.

She nodded as she thought about it.

Sonya: Yes it has been awhile.

He kissed her softly before he sat down.

Josh: Hopefully you will be here a lot more often.

She nodded as she looked at him as she was thinking about it.

Sonya: I would like to be here more.

He reached across the table and took her hand in his.

Josh: Move back in.

She looked at him a bit shocked when he said that as she was thinking about it.

{Sonya} alright.

She said as she smiled warmly..

He smiled when she agreed.

Josh: Home where you belong. :)

She nodded as she smiled warmly happy that things were like this once again, she had missed him.

{Sonya} You've made me very happy today...

He leaned toward her and kissed her softly.

Josh: Good. I enjoy making you happy.

He smiled when dinner was brought to the table.

Josh: Looks delicious.

She looked at the meal as she smiled and nodded, it did look good they started to eat as they talked thru dinner a bit, as it was nice to be like this again.

He watched her while they ate and talked.

Josh: What do you want for Christmas?

She smiled as she looked at him.

Sonya: I already got what I wanted for Christmas.

She paused a moment.

Sonya: You...

He shook his head.

Josh: I'm yours for life, not for Christmas.

She smiled as she looked at him.

Sonya: I'm glad....

He pushed his empty plate to the side and leaned back in his seat watching her.

Josh: So what do you want for Christmas?

She shrugged a bit.

Sonya: I'm not really sure.. Not really looking for anything .. I feel like I have everything I need.

She smiled as she looked at him.

He smiled knowing the perfect gift for her.

Josh: I'll find something to put under the tree for you then. Even if it's only me wearing a bow.

She looked at him when eh said that.

{Sonya} Sounds perfect to me , love.

He leaned toward her kissing her softly.

Josh: Then I want you under the tree wearing me.

She kissed him back.

Sonya: Mm I think it can be arranged.

She said as she kissed him again, she got up as they walked there plates out to the kitchen as she smiled looking out the window.

Sonya: It looks like its going to snow.

He wrapped his arms around her and rested his chin on her shoulder as they looked out the window.

Josh: As long as I have you in here, I don't care what happens out there.

She turned her head a bit to look at him as she smiled thinking about it.

{Sonya} Well you have me and I'm not planning on going any place.

He softly nuzzled her neck.

Josh: We have to move your things.

She nodded as she thought about it.

Sonya: We can do that tomorrow.

She said not really in a hurry.

He nodded.

Josh: After the studio.

She nodded as she turned around in his arms as she leaned close to him.

Sonya: Sounds like a plan.

He kissed her softly.

Josh: Tonight you are mine.

She kissed him softly.

{Sonya} And most every other night.

She smiled softly

He nodded and smiled.

Josh: For the rest of our lives.

She nodded as she looked at him.

{Sonya} Forever.

He slid her ring back on her finger.

Josh: I promise not to ask for it back again.

She was a bit shocked that he had given her the ring back as she looked at him a moment thinking about it.

{Sonya} We can wait until you are ready before we take the next step, there is no rush.

He shook his head.

Josh: That ring belongs on your finger. That is where I want it to be.

She nodded as she looked at him.

Sonya: Alright.

He kissed her softly.

Josh: I love you.

She kissed him back.

Sonya: I love you too. .

He took her hand and pulled her to the living room.

He pointed to the large tree and the boxes of ornaments.

Josh: Want to help?

She nodded as she looked at him.

Sonya: Sure.

She thought about it.

Sonya: Where are the others..

She asked knowing they all usually did it together.

He smiled and shrugged.

Josh: They all moved out. It's just us now.

She was a bit shocked when she heard that as she was thinking about it.

Sonya: Wow.

She said as it really did shock her.

He smiled seeing how shocked she looked.

Josh: They are meeting women and starting families of their own now.

She nodded as she smiled warmly.

Sonya: Well I'm happy for them.

He grinned and wrapped his arms around her.

Josh: Me too. That means I have you to myself.
