Jessica was sitting in the library doing a bit of work before her tutor got there.  He was in such a bad mood lately, so she was hoping that not only her great grades lately but her little gift she got for him would cheer him up.  She saw him walking towards her as she smiled.   She saw the glare in his eyes as she knew it was going to be rough, but she wouldn't give up.  

Jessica: No grumpy allowed...

She stood up looking at him as he looked at her about to yell but she put her finger over his mouth.

Jessica: Nope.

She smiled as she wasn't going to take him being mean to her anymore.  He grabbed her hand as he went to say something as she just stretched up on her tippy toes and kissed him, yep that shocked him and made him stop...She smiled as she then held up little bag with a gift in it. 

Jessica: It's almost Christmas, cheer up, things are going well.  Your brother has been at Taylor's every day, like you have been hoping for.  You have a 4.0 right now...I have a 4.0 right now.  Things are good.

she said as he was looking at her , still shocked that she had kissed him, but was thinking about what she had said as things have really been going his way lately.
