No one around during the crime.. Victim seems to be unaware or knew the attacker at the time.. Due to no struggle and appears to have been standing when shot, nto running..

Family gomes in later on... First Step daughter comes home to the cops, and seems to be shocked with what has taken place... Then the grandmother is there..

Step Daughter Late 20's and single mother.. Young child is at school

Grandmother is in her early 80s and was out at the store when crime happened...

After talking to both, cops find out that his girlfriend is missing.. A 54 year old woman... No wheres to be found.. At this time she isnt' thought of as the killer, but a possible kidnap victim.

Motive: Money... robbery mabye... Revenge killing.. all the above..

The body had his wallett on him, but id, and any cash he may have had is gone...A look inside the home shows that its a bit of a mess. but nothing of value seems to be missing... Robbery is looking like less and less of a motive as times goes by..
