She shook her head a bit as she looked up at him, not really sure if he cared or was just looking to something to mess with her about, but she was honest.

||Ziva||- No, not really. 

She said as she shrugged a bit.

||Ziva||- It's been strange sleeping in a hotel.

She said as her apartment was a crime scene after it blew up, she had lost everything.  She had been trying to figure out who had done it, but so far she had come up empty on all leads.  Even Gibbs seemed to have no leads either..

She looked at him when he was leaning a bit as she was thinking about it...

||Ziva||- Thank you, but I'd hate to impose. 

She said as she didn't really think it was a serious offer.  After a moment Gibbs came back down, telling them to gear up, as there was a dead marine.  They get up and start heading out to the car, as they were being filled in on the details. 

{Gibbs}- Director thinks that this homicide and your bombing of your apartment was related.  So be careful.

He gave Ziva a look as she nodded her head.  They were called late to the scene so Gibbs was already filled in a bit, and was letting her know.  As a picture of her was found at the crime scene, and Gibbs was a bit concerned..

She didn't look at him as she didn't even need to think about it.  With her past and even what she did now she knew that was a very long list.

||Ziva||- More than I wanted to.

She said as she was thinking about it, feeling like it wasn't an ex problem, but a career hazard issue as she was thinking about it. 

||Ziva||- My father could of even sent someone to take me out.

She said knowing that her coming to NCIS and leaving her past behind her, angered him as well.  She didn't want to be a trained killer anymore, and he had left her for dead once before, so she wouldn't put anything past him..

She was thinking about it as Gibbs looked at her.

{Gibbs}- We're also moving you to a safe house.

Ziva shook her head as she didn't feel she needed to do that, or be protected.

||Ziva||- I'm not going to hide, and be scared.

She said as she knew if it was someone her father sent, hiding would do no good anyways.  She wasn't one to just hide anyways...

Ziva looked at him when he said that as she didn't feel it was needed.  

||Ziva||- Gibbs, you know just as well as I do, how safe those places are to those who really want to find you.

She said as she knew Gibbs knew the people that may just be after her, and how dangerous they were. 

||Ziva||- The last time we attempted that, they blew it up, just like my apartment.

She said as she didn't feel it would be any safer, and she felt she was more useful being on the case..

She looked at him as she thought about it a moment, then nodded.  She would be ready this time.

||Ziva||- Alright.

She finally said after a moment...

She walked over looking at the man that was there.  She shook her head after a moment as she didn't know him.  She didn't know him at all.

||Ziva||- I do not know him, Gibbs.

She said as she was looking him over a bit though, seeing if there were any other signs around that would help make more of a connection.   After all the evidence was collected they then went heading back to the office.   They were sitting there as she was looking things up as well as everyone else. 

||Ziva||- The only connection he has to me, is that he was with you guys when you came and rescued me in South Africa.

She said as she didn't talk about what happened there, but knew that he was on the plane they were all on, when they flew back to DC.  She didn't speak to him, as she looked at the others.

||Ziva||- Did you guys speak with him on the flight or anything?

She asked curious.

She looked at Tony when he said that, before she could say anything, she saw Gibbs give him a look, then heard a sorry boss. as she just shook her head a bit.  After awhile she got up as she was looking at Tony as he was walking to her. 

{Tony}- Let's go.. 

She looked at him confused then at Gibbs as he nodded... She took a breath... 

||Ziva||- Please, no movie triva for at least a couple hours.

She said as she knew she didn't have a choice, she didn't like being baby sat, and knew Tony probably didn't like having to be stuck with her either.  They headed to the elevator as they were riding down to the parking garage.

||Ziva||- Sorry, if i messed up any of your plans.

She said feeling a bit bad.

She just nodded a bit as she was thinking about it.  She didn't really like having to hide like this, but knew she had no real choice.  She was going to make the best of it and try not to make it bad for Tony, knowing he didn't have much of a choice either. 

Once at the new location they carried there things in a bit as she tossed it in the corner and looked around the room.  Hoping she wasn't going to be staying here long.

||Ziva||- I feel I would be more help out there, then just hiding in here.

She sighed thinking about it.

She was thinking about it, as she still hated waiting like this, she rather be out there looking for who was doing this and not just waiting as bait.

||Ziva||- I just hate waiting... 

She said as she was thinking about it.

||Ziva||- Patience isn't one of my virtures.

She said as she slumped down on the bed as she was thinking about it.

She looked up at him hearing what he said as she was thinking about it.

||Ziva||- thank you for being here with me, Tony.

She said as she was happy that she wasn't here alone. 

She sat there a moment as she was looking at him thinking about it.  He may think that she didn't want him to be here, but they had been through a lot together, and if it was anyone, she was glad it was him.  She got up after a moment as she started to go through one of the bags as it had some food in it.

||Ziva||- We might as well eat.. So it doesn't get cold.

She said as she started to pull the take out and set it on the table.   

Ziva thought about him saying that as she was thinking about it.  She had been missing a lot of things as of late.  She hadn't had a home cooked meal in some time because she no longer had a kitchen to do so.  She missed having her own bed, and her own living room... She looked down at the food as she was thinking about everything.

||Ziva||- Me too.

She said as she felt a bit sad thinking about everything.   

Ziva looked at him as she pushed her food away as well, as she heard what he asked.  Nodding her head after a moment, figuring the least she could do is watch a movie or something.

||Ziva||- Sure.

She said smiling a little as she was thinking about it..   

She shook her head as she looked at him as she wanted him to do it.

||Ziva||- No , you pick.  You know movies better. 

She said as she knew how much he loved movies, and classics and felt he would be able to pick a good movie for them to watch.

||Ziva||- I'm just going to clean up quick, and make sure things are secure.

She said as she knew it was habit. She picked up her things going into the bathroom.  She looked out the window a bit seeing that it was clear.  She still hid a gun in there though just in case.  Before she started to wash up and change.   

It took her a bit longer as her phone rang as she spoke to Gibbs.  She walked out with a towel around her as it was important to tell Tony what was going on. 

||Ziva||- Gibbs says that a man confessing to everything just turned himself in.  He's in holding right now.

She was surprised to hear that, wondering if it was just a set up.  

||Ziva||- Gibbs is heading to question him now.

She said as she was thinking about it, as she wanted to go herself to see who this was.
